PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A booking is confirmed only after the payment is realized or successfully processed online.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking and UPI mode of payment through the online booking engine.

No refund will be eligible in case of NO SHOW or where the customer arrives late at booking time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If any booking is cancelled 7 Days Prior to the date of arrival, 100% Refund will be processed after deducting 3% convenience fees.

No refunds will be processed for any cancellations intimated within 7 days of the arrival date.

REFUNDS

Refunds on bookings amount if applicable shall be settled by the hotel management to the guests or the appropriate booking authorities through the commonly agreed channel which may be cash or bank transfers or deposits. The hotel management reserves the right to settle any refund claims as per its convenience.

If any payment for a single booking is processed multiple times, the additional transaction amount will be refunded via same channel within 07 to 10 working days.
